Start your day on your floating cottage in style with our savoury waffles prepared by Café Les Gamines!

This convenient and tasty lunch package for 2 people includes:

• 2 savoury waffles from Café Les Gamines, ready to warm in the morning;

• 1 portion of pre-cooked bacon ;

• 1 spinach and mushroom mix to reheat;

• 1 portion of homemade hollandaise sauce to reheat;

• Not included: 2 fresh eggs.

Instructions:

1. Poach your eggs: in a pot, boil 3 cups of water and 2 spoons of vinegar. Break the egg into the boiling water. Cook for 1-2 minutes (to taste).

2. Heat the bacon, then the spinach and mushroom mixture in turn and set aside;

3. Heat and mix the hollandaise sauce;

4. Reheat your waffles using the folding toaster inside or the BBQ outside, as you prefer;

5. Arrange your plate, starting with the waffles. Add the spinach and mushroom mixture, the bacon and finally the egg. Drizzle with hollandaise sauce;

6. Enjoy hot, crispy waffles in your floating cottage!
