Upstairs, you'll find an open-plan bedroom with a queen-size bed and a skylight above it for stargazing, ideal for restful nights on the water.
There's also a relaxation net area in the Eastern Townships to the left of the bed (Minibora) or opposite (Boravilla), offering a panoramic view of the lake.

The first floor features a convivial lounge with cleverly designed modular sofas .
In a few simple steps, these can be assembled to form two single beds or a double bed, depending on your needs, to accommodate up to two additional people.
As for the Boravilla, it offers two additional berths for up to 6 people. To the left of the access to the terrace, a clever sofa-bed unfolds into two bunk beds, maximizing comfort and space.

Each chalet is equipped with an environmentally-friendly compostable toilet.
Although there are no showers in the accommodation, you can enjoy full facilities, including showers (towels provided) and toilets at the Pavilion.

For the ultimate in comfort, all our floating chalets are equipped with full bedding, including mattresses, pillows and sheets, and can accommodate up to 4 people in the Minibora and 6 in the Boravilla.
Each guest is also provided with a bath towel. Please bring your own beach towel to enjoy the lake.
Bathrobes are available for hire in our Eastern Townships accommodations to enjoy the thermal baths.

Each chalet is equipped with a cozy indoor fireplace, perfect for chilly evenings. For your convenience, firelighters, starter wood and firewood are included.
In addition, outdoor fireplaces are set up around the pavilion, with wood available for convivial moments around the fire.

In the Eastern Townships, our two Boravillas welcome you on a large terrace adjoining the kitchen, perfect for enjoying a family barbecue while admiring the lakeside scenery.
The six Minibora rooms invite you to relax on their rooftop terrace, equipped with sun loungers and panoramic lake views.
Please note that the two Minibora restaurants in Quebec City do not have terraces.

The shared pavilion houses a full bathroom with shower and toilet. Towels are provided.
In the Eastern Townships, this space also houses a peaceful relaxation room, offering a space dedicated to unwinding, where where art takes center stage.

Boats are available free of charge for guests of the floating cottages during the summer season, which generally runs from early June to mid-October.
This period offers milder weather conditions and ideal water temperatures, so you can enjoy your experience in complete safety.

In the Eastern Townships, you'll find three thermal baths to recharge your batteries.

Yes, you can fish in our lakes. However, please note that it's important to comply with Quebec's fishing regulations, which include obtaining the appropriate fishing permit.
You're free to fish from your cottage or directly on the lake.

In the Eastern Townships, a short trail leads around the lake.
In Quebec City, the trail around the lake is signposted.

We provide snowshoes free of charge for our customers during the winter season.
We want to make sure you can enjoy your stay exploring the snowy surroundings in comfort and safety.

If you've reserved at Sainte-Brigitte-de-Laval, near Quebec City, parking is at your cottage door in summer. In winter, parking is available at the entrance pavilion. It's a five-minute walk to your floating cottage. A sled is provided for easy transport of your luggage.
In the Eastern Townships, whatever the season, park near the L'espace temps pavilion.

Yes, we are happy to accommodate your pet in our cottages, for an additional fee of $100 (Minibora) or $130 (Boravilla). You can add this option at the time of booking or up to up to 48 hours before your arrival bythis link.
We also ask you to follow certain instructions.
It is not permitted to go into the common areas with your pet.
In the chalet, it must remain on the floor, without climbing onto armchairs, benches or beds.
It must be supervised at all times and not left unattended.
All excrement must be collected immediately.

Reservations made more than 15 days before the arrival date can be changed for a $50 handling fee. If the new dates entail higher costs, you will also have to cover the difference;
Reservations cannot be changed within 14 days of arrival. In the event of cancellation, the first payment is non-refundable. However, you may transfer your reservation for a $50 handling fee.
