Intrus is a living cidery based in the heart of Quebec City. The ciders are made naturally, with as little intervention as possible. Made exclusively from Île d'Orléans apples (which would otherwise be lost) or co-fermented with other fruits such as pears, rhubarb and raspberries, all from local producers.
